East Carolina University is known for its huge parties and incredibly cool students. Even though we get a bad rep for partying so much, there are a lot of good points that are overlooked. Students here have some of the best attitudes of anyone I have ever met. At ECU nobody has anything to prove! We are simply here to have a good time. We realize that even though grades are important, they are NOT the most important thing in the world. The general attitude is that FRIENDSHIP and SOCIALIZING are the way to go. When I signed up for college I wanted it to be one of the best experiences of my life and I can honestly say that when I graduate I will look back on these days as some of the best.
