The most influential band in my life is Guns n' Roses. Ever since I first heard the song "Sweet Child O' Mine" I was hooked. I have practiced singing their songs and did several of their covers when I was in a band back in high school. Once I even won a trip for two to the Bahamas by competing in a Karaoke contest. I sung "Welcome to The Jungle" and got my first standing ovation. That had to be the best feeling in the world. That got me into the finals where I finished up and won with "Sweet Child O' Mine."
